This is a key position for someone confident managing sites and acting as the face of the business with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality roofing work across commercial projects, including: Flat roofing systems (felt, GRP, EPDM)Slate and tile roofing where requiredLead work, flashing, and repairsTake full ownership of site activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standardAct as the main client liaison on-site, building strong professional relationshipsCoordinate with contractors, site managers, and stakeholdersLead, mentor, and supervise junior roofersMaintain strict adherence to health and safety standardsSupport with planning, materials, and workflow managementRequirementsStrong roofing background, ideally within commercial environmentsExperience leading jobs as a Site Lead / Senior RooferConfident, professional client-facing communication skillsExpertise in flat roofing systemsGold CSCS Skilled Worker CardFull UK driving licenceHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipWhat''s on Offer£39K-£45K salary (DOE) / £20-£25 per hourConsistent commercial project pipelineOpportunity to step into a leadership, client-facing ..... full job details .....
