With new clinic fit outs scheduled throughout 2026, they are strengthening their Facilities and Maintenance division with an experienced Joiner / Site Lead to support and manage small-scale build, maintenance and fit-out projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking employer with a national footprint and a strong pipeline of work.Your new roleAs the Joiner / Site Lead, you''ll take responsibility for leading small teams of joiners on site, coordinating day-to-day works, and ensuring high-quality delivery across maintenance and fit-out projects.This is a hand on leadership position involving: Leading small teams onsite for construction, fit-out and refurbishment activitiesDelivering 1st and 2nd fix joinery, dry lining, ceilings and general fit outRaising material requisitions and managing stock levelsSupporting subcontractors on preventative and reactive maintenanceEnsuring compliance with Building and Planning regulationsConducting monthly site walk arounds and HandS checksCompleting weekly job sheets for schedulingLiaising with the Facilities Supervisor daily/weekly to prioritise workloads You''ll work ..... full job details .....
