Job Title: Site Labourer Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (OX12) Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Contract Pay Rate: £16.50 - £17.50 per hour   About the RoleWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Wantage. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines. Responsibilities:  Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment. Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials. Loading and unloading deliveries. Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance. Adhering strictly to site Health and Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.  Qualifications and Experience:  Valid CSCS card. Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots). Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
