This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.Responsibilities:Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.Loading and unloading deliveries.Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.Adhering strictly to site Health and Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.Qualifications and Experience:Valid CSCS Card.Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.Reliable transportation to reach the site.Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
