This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for supervising joinery and construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with Project Managers, Customers, Purchasing, Design, and Operations teams from project start through to handover. Key Responsibilities Supervise joinery and general construction works on site. Prepare material take-offs to support purchasing and planning. Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring requirements, materials, and schedules are in place. Work closely with Project Managers throughout project delivery. Identify and escalate risks affecting cost, programme, quality, or safety. Maintain accurate site records, surveys, and photographic reports.
