      <description>Location: Blackburn | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Site IT Lead required by my client in the Blackburn area. The Site IT Lead is responsible for the effective operation, support, and continuous improvement of all IT systems within the site. This role ensures IT services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment Group standards, while driving local adoption of the new ERP and digital improvement initiatives.  Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system uptime, ticket response, and resolution SLAs are met. Oversee site infrastructure, networking, endpoints, and security in collaboration with Group IT. Implement ITIL-aligned processes for incident, change, and asset management using Freshservice. Take ownership of support services following the handover from managed service company, ensuring full local capability and documentation. Drive the effective use of the new ERP system within the site, providing training, configuration, and integration support.
