Site Installation Manager

Position: Site Installation Manager Location: UK Salary: 50,000 - 58,000 TXM Recruit is partnering with a prominent automation and intralogistics company to hire an experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee the installation of fast-paced automated intralogstic systems. This role will a lot of UK travel and staying over depending on where the project is in the UK. The Ideal candidate will have experience working within the automated intralogistics sector or installation of systems/capital equipment. ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for management of Health and Safety on siteManaging on site personnel and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis. Local programme management in conjunction with the Project ManagerMaintaining the relevant site HandS procedures and documentationManagement of the general day-to-day running of the projectCarrying out regular safety audits and checksOrganisation and coordination of material and plant deliveries arriving on site and coordination of their returnGeneral office tasks (minutes of essential site meetings, documentation and management of agreed open issues)Administration of apartments for installation teams (hand-over of keys, documentation of occupancy etc. if required)Skills, qualifications and experienceSite Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification or equivalent,Systematic approach to dealing with problems and issuesExcellent interpersonal and client management skillsAbility to organise both day-to-day tasks ..... full job details .....
