The role involves carrying out scheduled and ad-hoc site inspections, monitoring compliance with company procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing immediate support to resolve issues before they impact our customers. In addition to monitoring compliance, the Site Inspection Operative acts as an ambassador for CC Cousins'' quality standards, championing excellent workmanship and promoting best practice across all operational teams.
