      <description>Location: Weston-super-mare | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Site HR Coordinator/Officer. This role will be stand alone within the Weston site with support from a regional HRBP and also the Head Office HR Team.You will act as first point of contact for the leadership team within Weston, helping to create a positive work culture through implementation of HR lead procedures. You will be their first point of contact when it comes to advice on policy and procedure and site HR administration.Duties will include:Provide advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational design.Recruitment at all levels of the organisation.
