Site HR Manager - Truro, 2-3 days per week £45k pro rata Well Placed HR is delighted to be working with a successful and well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Site HR Manager on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with managers and employees, and taking ownership of the full HR function within a busy manufacturing environment. As Site HR Manager, you will provide a comprehensive generalist HR service across the site, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance and HR processes. You will work closely with site leadership and the wider HR function, while having the autonomy to manage day-to-day HR activity. As HR Manager you will be responsible for: -Taking responsibility for the day-to-day HR function at site level, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees. - Managing the full recruitment process across both operational and salaried positions, from advertising and interviewing through to offers and pre-employment checks. - Coordinating new starter processes, inductions, onboarding and training. - Supporting managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, absence, performance and disciplinary processes. - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and ensuring HR documentation is compliant and up to date. - Supporting performance management processes, including objectives, ..... full job details .....
