The ideal candidate will be either be from a carpentry trade background or multi trade, with solid experience in  general refurbishment , and be comfortable working hands-on as well as managing the day-to-day site activities. The works will include: Stripping out existing areas and finishes Removing existing bathroom/toilet tiles Reboarding walls and ceilings Dry lining and boxing in Installing White Rock wall panels Fitting fixtures and fittings General joinery/carpentry and refurbishment works Coordinating and overseeing other trades on site Maintaining a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment The ideal candidate: Has previous experience as a Working Site Foreman, Site Manager or Supervisor Ideally has a joinery/carpentry or multi-trade background Is confident working hands-on and leading the refurbishment works Has experience with strip-out, reboarding, dry lining ...
