      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;280 - &amp;pound;310/day | Type: Contract | Working Site Foreman / Site Manager – Retail &amp; Commercial Fit Out   Start:  Beginning of October 2026  Duration:  6 months  Location:  Nationwide – mainly London, South &amp; South West  Rate:  £280 - £310/shift depending on location  We are looking for an experienced Working Site Foreman / Site Manager to join our team on a 6-month retainer basis, overseeing retail and commercial fit-out projects.  Projects will generally run for 4–8 weeks and will mainly involve internal fit-out works.  We are looking for someone who is confident running a site, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health &amp; safety and quality, but who is also hands-on and willing to get stuck in when required.  Between projects, you will be expected to support other areas of the business, including snagging, general supervision, helping on the tools and assisting on other projects.
