The foreman will require a SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid cert. The job will consist of ripping out the bank including putting up ply boards/ joinery work. Overseeing crew coming in ripping out ATMs and stripping down bank. Responsibilities of the Site Foreman: Oversee bank closure and ripout. Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site. Jump on the tools and assist with the stripout/ fixes. Able to work to programme and push / manage sub contractors on site. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment. Requirements for the Site Foreman: Experience as a Working Supervisor preferably in commercial CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid. Has own tools. UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
