This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a background in metal manufacturing who enjoys driving performance, developing teams and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.The RoleAs Production Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and motivate production teams, coordinate workflow, support continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with maintenance and other departments to maximise plant performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day production operationsEnsure production schedules are achieved safely and efficientlyManage, coach and develop production operators and team leadersConduct daily toolbox talks and shift handoversMonitor production performance and drive KPI improvementsCoordinate with the maintenance team to minimise downtimeEnsure compliance with all health, safety and environmental proceduresMaintain high housekeeping and quality standards across the production areaInvestigate incidents, near misses and implement corrective actionsComplete production ..... full job details .....
