Site Facilities Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Site Facilities Manager role Salary: £36,000-£40,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Responsibilities of the Site Facilities Manager Oversee day-to-day operations of the site ensuring cleanliness and safety Opening and closing duties Manage and supervise a team providing guidance, support and performance reviews Conduct regular inspections Manage and oversee a variety of maintenance contracts Vehicle management Manage operational systems Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Act as the main point of contact for any facility-related issues Requirements for a successful Site Facilities Manager Previous experience in facilities management, site supervision, or a related field Be confident in use of IT and management systems Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices Experience with new operating systems and facility management software Excellent leadership skills Strong communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of COSHH and water hygiene About Allstaff RecruitmentWe re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
