Site Engineer/Shift Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer / Shift Manager to work night shifts on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton. The role will involve overseeing night works associated with cofferdam backfill, pipework installation, and heavy civils operations. Site Engineer Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate night shift operations on site Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme Manage subcontractors and site teams during shift operations Maintain accurate records and handovers between shifts Ensure quality and HSEQ standards are maintained throughout works Site Engineer Requirements: Previous experience within heavy civils or water infrastructure EUSR Blue is a MUST CSCS Card SSSTS/SMSTS Strong communication and shift management skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment To apply, click the apply button and submit your CV! ..... full job details .....
