Site Engineer/Manager Farnborough

Remaining scope includes: Completion of ground floor / internal slab works. Remaining lift pit works/snags. RC retaining walls and wall returns. Plant area foundations, slabs and plinths. Remaining foul and surface water drainage. Remaining ducting and service routes. Backfilling, formation and stone works. Car parks, kerbs and block paving. Final road works, surfacing, gullies, ironwork and white lining. Any remaining external works and close-out items. The person will also need to: Carry out all setting out and engineering. Manage levels, coordinates and survey control. Maintain and close out QA/ITPs. Complete as-built surveys and records. Manage subcontractors, labour and plant on site. Coordinate with the client and other trades. Plan and programme remaining works. Identify design/information gaps and keep the works moving. Manage HandS and site standards. Drive the project through to completion and handover. Requirements: Strong civils/groundworks background. Data centre experience preferred.
