This is a great opportunity to join a highly automated, fast-paced operation where you will take responsibility for the site engineering function and lead a team of engineers.You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operation, ensuring planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance is delivered to a high standard while maximising equipment availability and minimising downtime.Working closely with the customer and operations teams, you will drive engineering performance, continuous improvement, Health and Safety and the development of the site engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager or Engineering Team Leader looking to develop their career within a highly automated environment.Sector Automated Warehousing / ManufacturingNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Site Engineering Manager Previous management or engineering leadership experience.Experience working within a manufacturing or automated warehousing environment.Minimum NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Level 3 engineering qualification.Full UK driving licence.
