Site Engineering Manager

Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with our client, a leading manufacturer within the Food industry, to recruit a Site Engineering Manager to join their team based in Warminster. This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all plant, equipment, utilities and infrastructure, whilst driving continuous improvement and operational performance. Working closely with the Operations Director and wider site teams, you will lead the engineering function, develop a high-performing team and implement strategies to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime and improve overall site efficiency. You will also play a key role in budget management, compliance, energy efficiency and supporting the long-term growth of the business.
