This is a key leadership role, responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, delivering the planned maintenance strategy, improving site reliability and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the site engineering team. Deliver the planned preventative maintenance programme and improve engineering KPIs. Reduce production downtime through effective maintenance and rapid breakdown response. Manage engineering budgets, contractors, projects and site maintenance activity. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and legal requirements. Identify and deliver engineering, automation and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with Operations, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement teams. Ensure appropriate engineering spares, tools and facilities are maintained.
