This is a full cradle-to-grave role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion. Scope of Works: Groundworks External works & yard slabs Steel frame construction Full site delivery and coordination Managing subcontractors and programme Health & Safety compliance Liaison with client and project stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience delivering industrial / commercial projects Strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required Ability to run projects independently from start to finish Excellent organisational and communication skills Rate: £300 – £400 per day Rate dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment Contract: 12 month contract Outside IR35 Starting Mid June  To apply, please send your CV or contact us for more information.</p Temporary
