      <description>Location: Greater London | Salary: &amp;pound;375/day | Type: Contract | Site Engineer    Based in North London    3 Month Contract possibility of extension    Start Date: Immediate / ASAP    £(Apply online only) per day (dependent on experience) uplifts for weekends and nights if required   Responsibilities:   Carry out accurate setting out for street works, highways, drainage, and associated civil engineering works.  Produce and maintain detailed site records, diaries, and as-built surveys.  Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.  Conduct site surveys and verify dimensions before works commence.  Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project standards.  Assist with the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).  Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations.  Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.  Undertake utility detection and avoidance activities using CAT &amp; Genny equipment.
