Produce and maintain detailed site records, diaries, and as-built surveys. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct site surveys and verify dimensions before works commence. Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project standards. Assist with the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations. Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. Undertake utility detection and avoidance activities using CAT & Genny equipment.
