      <description>Location: Gatwick | Salary: &amp;pound;350 - &amp;pound;400/day | Type: Contract | Site Engineer   Location: Gatwick Airport, West Sussex     Contract: 6 Months (Potential Extension)     Rate: £350 - £400 per day (Umbrella PAYE)    Start Date: Immediate   About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of a major programme of works at Gatwick Airport. Working within a live operational environment, you will play a key role in ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.  Responsibilities:   Setting out works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.  Ensuring all construction activities are delivered safely and in line with project programmes.  Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site.  Producing and maintaining accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports.  Reviewing engineering drawings and identifying potential issues before works commence.  Liaising with the design team to resolve technical queries and provide engineering solutions.
