Tradestech Recruitment is recruiting a Site Engineer to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a civil engineering project in Cornwall.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term 18-month contract on a major civils project.

Location
Cornwall. A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential.
Duties

• Completing and maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.
• Producing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Preparing accurate as-built records.
• Ensuring works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.
• Supporting the delivery team throughout the construction programme.

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of QA procedures, ITPs and as-built documentation.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is desirable.

• £350–£400 per day for the right candidate, depending on experience.
• PAYE Umbrella only.
• Weekly pay.
• Long-term 18-month contract.
