Site Engineer

Site Engineer Retail Supermarket Duration: 20 weeks Sector: Retail / Supermarket Start: 28th September Rate: £380 per shift We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to work on a 20-week retail supermarket project. The successful Site Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support on site, ensuring works are delivered accurately, safely and in line with the project programme and specifications. Key responsibilities: Setting out and surveying works across the site. Checking levels, dimensions and line/levels throughout the project. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure works are delivered to specification. Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and construction information. Carrying out quality checks and ensuring works meet the required standards. Recording site measurements and maintaining accurate engineering records. Liaising with subcontractors and providing technical guidance where required. Assisting with resolving technical issues and coordinating works on site. Monitoring progress and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the Site Manager. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements. Supporting the project team with as-built information and handover documentation.
