The project involves the construction of multiple apartment blocks using reinforced concrete (RC) frame, followed by external works and the finishing of the apartments. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS with experience delivering large-scale residential or high-rise apartment schemes. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account. Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering and package negotiations. Manage valuations, variations, payments and cost reporting. Monitor project budgets, forecasts and commercial risks. Administer subcontract agreements and manage change control. Work closely with the project team to maintain commercial control and programme performance. Manage external works and apartment finishing packages.
