Site Engineer / Site Manager Civils Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Rate: Negotiable / DOE Duration: Ongoing Hours Paid: TBC Job Type: Temporary / Freelance Project: Data Centre Start Date: ASAP Job Description Stridden Limited are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Manager Civils for a commercial project in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with a strong civil engineering background who can confidently carry out all engineering and setting out duties, whilst also taking responsibility for the day-to-day management, planning, quality, safety and delivery of the works. The successful candidate must be capable of taking ownership of the site and managing works from both an engineering and site management perspective. Key Duties Carry out all site engineering and setting out. Set out drainage, ducting, foundations, concrete works, roads, kerbs and external works. Check levels, coordinates, dimensions and construction drawings. Produce and maintain accurate as-built information. Manage site QA, ITPs, inspection records and quality documentation. Ensure works are completed correctly and in accordance with drawings and specifications. Manage the day-to-day delivery of works on site. Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Plan upcoming works and forecast site requirements. Monitor progress against the project programme.
