Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Perth.

This is a long-term opportunity, with approximately 2 years of work available, working on a key drainage and earthworks package as part of a major infrastructure project.

The Role

• Setting out and surveying for drainage and earthworks operations
• Checking levels, line and grade
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records
• Working closely with the Site Agent and project team
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Monitoring quality and progress on site
• Supporting the delivery team with technical queries and engineering requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering/highways
• Strong experience with drainage and earthworks
• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience
• Competent with setting out and surveying equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• CSCS or relevant site certification
• Previous experience on major infrastructure/highways projects preferred
