Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a major highways and earthworks project in Colchester. This is a long-term role offering consistent work on a large infrastructure scheme involving roads, drainage, and bulk earthworks.

Responsibilities include setting out for highways and drainage works, QA checks, interpreting drawings, maintaining site records, and supporting site delivery teams to ensure works are completed safely and to specification.

Requirements: proven experience on highways or civil engineering projects, competent with GPS/total station equipment, CSCS card essential, and strong understanding of earthworks and drainage.

This is a solid long-term opportunity on a high-profile project with a strong site team and potential for further work beyond the initial contract.
