Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Crawley. The Role As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of works on a busy highways scheme, ensuring construction is completed safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying for highways and civil engineering works Checking levels, line and grade Providing technical support to the Site Management team Completing QA checks and maintaining accurate site records Working from construction drawings and specifications Liaising with subcontractors and site management Ensuring works are delivered to the required quality and programme Assisting with engineering and technical queries on site Requirements Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways/civil engineering projects Strong setting-out experience Competent with relevant surveying equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience CSCS Strong communication and organisational skills If you are an experienced Site Engineer available for an ASAP start and interested in a long-term highways project in Crawley, please apply with your up-to-date CV. ..... full job details .....
