Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Norwich, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying on a live highways project
• Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Undertaking quality assurance and quality control checks
• Completing site measurements and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team
• Monitoring progress and ensuring works meet programme requirements
• Supporting the delivery of the project safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways/civil engineering
• Strong setting-out experience
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
• Relevant CSCS card
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
• Available to start ASAP
