Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying works on site Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications Managing QA documentation and inspection records Conducting site checks and quality assurance processes Liaising with subcontractors, site management, and design teams Supporting delivery of highways, drainage, and earthworks packages Maintaining health & safety standards across site activities Requirements Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways or major civils projects Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and documentation Competent with setting out equipment and surveying techniques Experience with highways, drainage, kerbing, or earthworks preferred CSCS card essential SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial Ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing QA processes within a fast-paced highways environment.
