Site Engineer RC Frame Location: Norwich, Norfolk Duration: 12 months Start Date: Within 1 week Project: Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frame We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major construction project in Norwich, working on a reinforced concrete frame package. This is a 12-month position for an engineer with strong RC frame experience who can confidently manage engineering duties on site and work closely with the site management and construction teams. Requirements Minimum 4 years UK construction experience Essential: 4+ years experience working on RC frame projects Strong setting-out and surveying skills Experience with reinforced concrete structures and associated works Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Competent with relevant engineering/surveying equipment Strong understanding of QA, ITPs and site documentation Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a site team Relevant engineering qualifications Valid right to work in the UK Responsibilities Setting out and surveying works on the RC frame Checking dimensions, levels and alignment Working from engineering drawings and specifications Liaising with subcontractors, site management and design teams Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to specification Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with technical queries Carrying out inspections and assisting with QA processes ..... full job details .....
