This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with strong setting out and surveying experience to work on high-volume housing projects. Key Responsibilities Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, kerbing, and plot works Ensuring works are completed accurately and to specification Carrying out site surveys and maintaining QA records Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients Producing as-built drawings and maintaining site documentation Monitoring health & safety compliance on site Using Leica/Topcon GPS and robotic instruments Requirements Previous experience as a Site Engineer within residential groundworks Strong knowledge of roads and sewers packages Proficient with GPS equipment and AutoCAD CSCS card essential SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Competitive salary/package depending on experience Long-term work on established residential developments Opportunity to progress within a growing contractor Company ...
