The Role The successful candidate will provide engineering support across the earthworks package, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying earthworks and associated highways infrastructure. Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Managing levels, lines, gradients and tolerances. Carrying out site surveys, as-built surveys and quality checks. Supporting cut and fill operations, formation levels and earthworks activities. Maintaining accurate site records, inspection documentation and QA records. Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider engineering team. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways, infrastructure or major earthworks projects.
