  • Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, RAMS, permits, and company procedures.

  • Work closely with the Site Agent, Foremen, subcontractors, and operatives to coordinate site activities and maintain progress.

  • Monitor quality on site, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality assurance procedures.

  • Maintain accurate site records including setting out data, as-built information, inspection records, site diaries, and progress reports.

  • Assist with planning and sequencing of works, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation measures.

  • Support the management of materials, plant, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

  • Promote a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry legislation.

  • Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, commercial team, and client representatives to resolve technical queries and support project delivery.
