Newton Abbot ?? £350 per day (Umbrella – PAYE) ?? Long-term Contract The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a live highways project in Newton Abbot on a contract basis. This is a long-term opportunity on a well-established scheme, suitable for a proactive engineer with solid highways and civils experience. Key Responsibilities - Setting out for highways works including drainage, kerbing, earthworks and pavement construction - Producing and maintaining accurate site records and as-built drawings - Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements - Working closely with Site Management, subcontractors and the wider project team - Ensuring all works comply with current health and safety standards Essential Criteria - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering / highways projects - Civil Engineering qualification - Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office and Trimle  - Strong understanding of health and safety policies and procedures - Ability to prioritise time-critical work - Excellent communication and liaison skills - SMSTS - F...
