Working alongside the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set out and oversee construction works in accordance with design drawings and specifications. Ensure all works are carried out safely, to programme and within quality requirements. Produce and maintain accurate site records, surveys and as-built drawings. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site. Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications. Assist with planning site activities, resource allocation and short-term programmes. Raise and manage RFIs, technical queries and design issues.
