Key responsibilities: Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before sites start Setting out all elements and controlling line and level across the projects Checking building layout in relation to site boundaries Setting out groundworks, earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads, kerbs and external works Taking off and assisting with ordering all groundworks and RC frame materials. Resolving setting out problems and raising and tracking RFIs. QA on site and implementing site Inspection Test Plans. Raising technical submittals and maintaining as-built records.
