Site Engineer Needham Market Up to £46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to £3k KPI bonusWe are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market.The RoleAs a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems.Key Responsibilities• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Site Engineer on industrial boiler systems • Maintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systems • Monitor plant performance and input operational data into control systems • Respond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota • Support fuel handling and site operations • Ensure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completedRequirements• Qualified Mechanical Site Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / CandG / HNC or equivalent) • Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, facilities, or process plant • Experience working on plant/site maintenance • Willingness to work on-call as part of a rotaPackage and Benefits• Up to £46,000 • On-call allowance: £165 per week (approx. £2,800 annually) • Overtime rates: o 1.5x (Saturday) o 2x (Sunday) • Minimum 4 hours paid per call-outWorking Pattern• Week 1: Monday Sunday (on-call week) • Week 2: Wednesday Friday • Week 3: Monday FridayTo apply for the Site Engineer position, contact Todd McGreevy, (url ..... full job details .....
