Site Engineer Energy InfrastructureRate: £400 £450/day CISLocation: Melksham, Wiltshire and surrounding regionWorking Pattern: Site basedLength of contract: OngoingWant to join a major energy infrastructure contractor and support the delivery of projects across the Melksham region?Our client is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their project team, supporting works across Melksham and surrounding sites.Previous substation experience is not essential, making this a great opportunity for an Engineer from a wider civil engineering or infrastructure background looking to move into the Transmission and Distribution sector.Job RoleAs Site Engineer, you will provide day-to-day engineering support across energy infrastructure projects in the region.You will work closely with the construction and project management teams, ensuring works are delivered safely and accurately in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.The role will involve travelling between projects within approximately a 1.5-hour radius of Melksham, so candidates must be comfortable travelling across the surrounding region as required.Requirements Previous experience as a Site Engineer / Civil EngineerEngineering degree or relevant equivalent qualificationStrong civil engineering and construction knowledgeExperience working on infrastructure or major construction projectsAbility to interpret engineering drawings and specificationsGood understanding of site health and safetyStrong ..... full job details .....
