Site Engineer (lodge included)

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for 1 Senior Engineer and 2 Site Engineer''s to work on a large Civils and Infratsructure package of works.

The right people will ideally have expeirence in groundworks including drainage, roads, sewers, asphalt, foundations and minor S278 works.

Senior Engineer

• Key focus on site supporting and directing Site Engineers across sections
• Working close with Agent supporting on programme deliverables on a daily/ weekly basis
• Ensuring quality in Site Engineers work as per the design
• Ensuring construction work complies with design requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolving technical issues on site and proposing engineering solutions.
• Coordinating surveys, setting out, and as-built records.

Site Engineer

• Experience using a Leica instrument setting out on groundworks and civils projects
• Marking lines, levels, coordinates, and reference points on site
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
• Carrying out as-built surveys to confirm completed works match the design
• Working in conjunction with Foreman and operatives ensuring setting out is completed for section of works to be delivered
• Supporting quality assurance and compliance requirements.

Our client has a very good pipeline of work already assigned for 2028 with the expectation of moving any existing contractors to once ready.
