Site / Setting Out EngineerSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience)Additional: Company Car or Car AllowanceLocation: Herts, CambridgeshireType: Full-time PermanentLinsco are delighted to be working alongside our client, a well-established and growing groundworks and civil engineering contractor, who are looking to appoint an experienced Site / Setting Out Engineer to join their Eastern Counties regionOur client predominantly operates within the residential groundworks sector, delivering roads, sewers, infrastructure, bulk earthworks and housing plot groundworks for a number of major housebuilders and developers across the region.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking to join a growing business, providing engineering support across multiple residential groundwork and infrastructure projects throughout the Northern Home Counties region.The RoleCarry out accurate setting out for foundations, drainage, roads, structures and associated infrastructure.Verify drawings, coordinates, levels and engineering information before works commence.Identify and resolve discrepancies within design information alongside technical and project teams.Independently check all setting out before releasing works to site teams.Undertake engineering validation checks throughout construction.Produce and maintain accurate engineering records, survey information and as-built data.Operate GPS, Total Stations and surveying equipment to a high standard.Ensure all surveying ..... full job details .....
