An established civil engineering contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to support ongoing rail station infrastructure and general civil works across central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking project team delivering high-profile infrastructure schemes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations Set out works and carry out site surveying activities Ensure works meet quality, safety, and environmental standards Interpret technical drawings and specifications Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Assist with weekly site planning, logistics, and documentation Maintain accurate site records, including diaries and inspections About the Projects Projects include: Rail station platforms and structural upgrades Highways and road improvement works Bridges, tunnels, earthworks, and flood prevention Power infrastructure and environmental enhancements What We re Looking For HNC, HND, or Degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in setting out and site engineering roles Ability to read and implement technical drawings Experience managing subcontractors and materials Strong record-keeping and communication skills Experience with Inspection Test Plans and Work Package Plans preferred What s on Offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service) Contributory pension and life insurance Health cash plan Career ..... full job details .....
