Site Engineer

Job Summary
We are working with a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor, delivering projects for leading Tier 1 and regional contractors. Works include groundworks, Section 278 works, and infrastructure for commercial developments, typically valued between £500K–£3M.

Role:

Due to a healthy balance of live projects and future pipelined work, they seek an experienced Site Engineer to manage setting out, quality control, subcontractor supervision, and site administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out and manage setting out duties
• Ensure quality control and compliance on site
• Supervise subcontractors and site activities
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering/groundworks
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure projects
• Good organisational and communication skills
