The Role This is a hands-on leadership position, managing a team of six skilled engineers within a specialist milling and secondary processing environment. Reporting to the HK3 Plant Manager and working closely with the Secondary Processing Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will lead the engineering function on site — setting standards, driving reliability, managing budgets and delivering continuous improvement.
