We are seeking a forward-thinking engineering leader to take ownership of maintenance and engineering performance at our HK3 processing facility in Lee Moor. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position, managing a team of six skilled engineers within a specialist milling and secondary processing environment. Reporting to the HK3 Plant Manager and working closely with the Secondary Processing Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the engineering function on site setting standards, driving reliability, managing budgets and delivering continuous improvement. This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility within reason to suit operational demands and leadership responsibilities. There is no shift pattern attached to this role.
