Site / Setting Out Engineer - Civil Engineering Location: Bath Rate: 400 per day (Outside IR35) Start Date: 18th May Contract Length: Minimum 7 months (strong potential for extension) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site / Setting Out Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a major infrastructure scheme in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a project involving road construction and drainage works.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out accurate setting out for civil engineering works, including roads and drainageUse of Total Station and GPS equipment for surveying and site controlInterpreting technical drawings and ensuring works are delivered to specificationSupporting site teams with engineering expertise and technical guidanceEnsuring quality control requirements are met and recordedAssisting with as-built surveys and maintaining site recordsLiaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teamsEssential Requirements:Proven experience as a Site / Setting Out Engineer on civil engineering projectsStrong background in road construction and drainage worksProficient in the use of Total Station and GPS equipmentWorking knowledge of AutoCADValid CSCS cardStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyWhat''s on Offer: 400 per day, Outside IR35Minimum 7-month contract with strong likelihood of extensionImmediate start available (18th May)Opportunity to work on a key infrastructure ..... full job details .....
