Site Engineer

Site Engineer - Yorkshire Are you a Site Engineer with experience in setting out and residential construction? This role provides high-quality technical and engineering support across residential developments, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate delivery in line with approved designs, specifications, statutory requirements and company standards. Supporting setting out and construction of roads, drainage, foundations, earthworks and infrastructure, you will identify and resolve technical issues throughout construction, maintaining quality, programme and technical compliance. The role: Engineering and Setting Out Undertake setting out and surveying for plots, boundaries, POS areas, roads and sewers. Check levels, dimensions, coordinates, tolerances. Oversee roads, drainage, private drainage, foundations, earthworks, utilities and other infrastructure. Maintain and calibrate engineering and surveying equipment. Prepare and maintain accurate as built information and design overlays. Technical and Design Review drawings and identify discrepancies or potential issues before works commence. Attend project meetings to discuss upcoming works and ensure the required information and approvals are in place. Liaise with the Technical, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and design issues. Ensure works comply with approved designs, specification, Building Regulations and relevant standards.
