Site Engineer - Groundworks Location: East LondonRate: 300- 320 per day CIS or Ltd - OUTSIDE IR35Duration: Long-term project running until 2028 Start Date: ASAPThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading Groundworks Contractor on a major, long-term development in East London.This is a huge project consistingwith works scheduled to run until 2028. You will be taking ownership of the engineering on 7 levels of concrete slabs and associated concrete pours. Key ResponsibilitiesSetting Out and QA: Accurate setting out for ground floor and suspended concrete slabs across 7 levels.Marking Out: Precisely marking out joint locations and structural elements.Pour Management: Overseeing and managing large-scale concrete pours to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity.Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous QA checks and maintaining accurate site records and as-built surveys.What We''re Looking ForProven experience working as a Site Engineer for a groundworks/RC frame subcontractor.Proficiency using Leica Robotic (LR) total stations.Previous experience working on large projects is highly advantageous A proactive problem solver with strong QA skills and the ability to manage complex concrete poursHow to ApplyIf you are an experienced Site Engineer looking for a secure, long-term project with a leading groundworks contractor, we want to hear from you.Apply now with your most recent CV to secure an immediate start!
